Is your daycare center spacious enough for little children?
Yes, our daycare is spacious and designed to provide a comfortable and safe environment for children. We have approximately 4000 sq. ft. dedicated to daycare activities, 1350 sq. ft. for educational purposes, and we are adding another 1350 sq. ft. to further enhance our facility. Yes, we do. In addition to our daycare services, we operate a playschool on separate floor. This allows for a smooth transition for children from daycare to a more structured learning environment.

Our daycare offers two types of fee structures:

Do you allow free trials?
No, we do not offer free trials. Our services are available once the child is formally admitted to the daycare.
What are the holidays observed?
We observe very limited holidays throughout the year, which are aligned with the corporate holiday calendar. Please check our website or contact us for the detailed list of holidays. Parents availing 24×7 facility need not worry about any holiday, they are covered 365 days a year.
Why should I provide personal information?
Personal information is required during the admission process for verifying the identity and contact details of the parents. This information helps us ensure the safety and security of the children.
What is your privacy policy?
We prioritize the privacy and security of both children and parents. We do not share any personal details. However, during visits, you can meet other parents who may share their experiences with you. What are the eligibility criteria for admission?
- Age: We accept children from 0 months to 12 years old.
- Documentation: Parents must provide valid and original identity proof, address proof, the child’s birth certificate, and a recent photograph. Photocopies of these documents should be submitted.
- Formalities: All admission formalities must be completed at the time of enrollment.
How do you take care of a sick child?
Our staff is trained in first aid and can provide immediate care to sick children. If a child falls ill, they are kept in a separate room and parents are informed immediately. In case of a severe problem, we take the child to the nearest hospital.
Do you permit surprise visits by prospective parents?

Can parents send their own meals with the children?
Yes, parents can send meals for their children. However, we encourage avoiding junk food and prefer nutritious options.
Can I sit and observe for a while?
Yes, you can sit in our office and observe the activities of the children through our CCTV system, which is displayed on a TV.
How do you arrange meals for the children?

Do you provide pick-up and drop services?
Yes, we have cabs available to pick up children from their homes and drop them off at the daycare center and back.
What is your suggestion for reducing separation anxiety in my child?
Separation anxiety is common. We suggest engaging your child in activities before bringing them to daycare. At the center, have an easy conversation with our staff in the child’s presence to help them feel comfortable. Gradually hand over the child to our caretaker with reassuring words and a smile. If the child cries, calmly reassure them as you leave.

How much time does a child take to adjust?
